Cancellation Policy:
- Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. This grace period allows us to manage our inventory and production efficiently, avoiding unnecessary wastage. To cancel your order, please contact us at info@bhootji.com with your order details.
Return Policy:
- Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, if there's an issue on our side, or if the wrong product was received.
- To initiate a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order. Please describe the issue with the product and provide photographs as evidence.
- Once your return request is reviewed and if valid, you may opt to replace the product with the same item, choose another product of the same value, or receive a full refund.
- Refunds are processed within 7 days and will be issued to the original payment method.
No Exchange Policy:
- We do not offer an exchange policy. Customers wishing to exchange a product will need to process a return and then place a new order.
